An updated, smaller version of our original Weeping Woman strand features Onyx spheres in graduated sizes. Named after the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, the design of these are loosely based on beads from her personal collection she's seen wearing in a photograph taken later in her life.

This strand measures 42.5 inches long from end to end, at its closure, is our medium sized double sided eye talisman for extra psychic protection that can be worn at the back of the neck or on the front of the body.  

This 'Opera Length' makes it perfect for wearing doubled up as well as at its full length. Designed to compliment other jewels in the Mourning/Ritual bead line it also layers beautifully with other BloodMilk necklaces. Its length and varying bead sizes  makes it perfect to use for meditation or ritual practices. 

Onyx is best known for being a natural stone that acts as a kind of 'psychic armor' against the negativity of others. They are also used to sooth grief and heartbreak. They are wonderful grounding stones and stones of self mastery, enabling its wearers to have mental and spiritual focus.
