Inspired by the maxim As Above, So Below, which suggests the correspondence of different levels of existence ( the moon's pull on the tides); two stunning Black Tourmaline Quartz trillion stones are set in opposite directions. One is facing towards the heavens while the other is facing in the direction of the earthly plane / Underworld. Each stone is cradled with a setting composed of cast bat bones and sits dramatically off of the finger yet is comfortable enough for daily wear.

Black Tourmaline Quartz: is a variety of clear quartz with naturally occurring needle-like inclusions of black tourmaline.

Quartz: is a considered the 'Master Healer, and is known for its propensity to improve memory and bring clarity to the consciousness. In this way, it is also a helpful tool in meditation.

These jewels are hand cut and therefore may have small signs of the carver's hands along the edges. These have not been fabricated by a machine, they have been made by hand and therefore aren't uniformly perfect. The photographs accurately portray the quality of the stones.
